Stayed at this property one night while on a business trip. It is easy to get to and appears quite new. Check in was uneventful though more front desk staff would've sped things up a bit. Be aware that the restaurant does not serve lunch, but the Holiday Inn next door does. About a 5 minute one block walk. The breakfast was excellent! The room was perfect except for the step in tub but the shower had excellent pressure and volume. The bed was also comfy and overall perfect!
We have stayed at the Intercontinental Suites, Cleveland Clinic, several times, it is always a great stay. We have stayed in suite rooms, they are very nice. The beds are the epitome of comfort, the shower has great pressure, the rooms are squeaky clean, the staff are very professional and the location is perfect.
Excellent my daughter had an appointment at the Cleveland clinic. The hotel was conveniently located to the clinic. I have started taking travel agent classes and decided to speak with the staff. They were all very friendly and new their stuff!! I really appreciated that they made time to speak with me and answer my questions. Thank you all at the hotel for a wonderful stay!!
I love the staff and their attentiveness to making us comfortable and happy! I have been a loyal visitor for over a decade, and this property is my go to place when I need to stay overnight. I am very fond of the front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and the dining room staff! They all seem to have a mutual desire to help us, and we love them for it. Highly recommend this property and looking forward to the upgrades the new branding offers!
We love staying here because of the proximity of the Clinic. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only thing that would be helpful is to have a roll of paper towels for around the sink and coffee maker.
Excellent service from the moment I arrived. Im a patient at Cleveland Hospital & needed a close location. The shuttle bus will take you to the hospital for appointments and local groceries if you are staying long. Thank you for taking such great care of me. Rooms were spotless & cleaning service was so efficient. This is the place to stay if you are going to Cleveland hospital. All the best to you if yoi have an upcoming surgery.
Hotel was extremely clean. It is 2 blocks away from Cleveland clinic. Pricey to stay there. $20 a day for valet parking. We were able to check in early and have a late check out since we signed up for their membership.
